These terms apply to registered suppliers (Turkish manufacturers and exporters) who list products via gobosporus.com.
These terms apply to any registration and use of gobosporus.com by suppliers. Completing registration constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Products captured via the AI import pipeline (URL, PDF, Excel) never go live directly; they pass through the status "imported → pending approval → live". Every product is reviewed before publication. Certificate claims (e.g. CE, ISO, OEKO-TEX) are only accepted via uploaded documents, never from automatically extracted text.
Suppliers purchase credits by Stripe payment or bank transfer, or receive them as a documented admin gift with an audit entry. No free credits are granted outside these channels. Unlocking an inquiry costs a minimum of 1 credit, rounded up per full 100 euros of estimated order value, billed at the time of unlock. Purchased credits never expire.
GetLeedz GmbH solely facilitates contact between supplier and buyer. GetLeedz GmbH does not become a party to the sale of goods and does not accept payments for goods; all payment processing between supplier and buyer takes place off-platform.
Deliberately exchanging contact details before unlock is prohibited. Repeated or serious violations may result in suspension of the supplier account.
By using the AI import feature, the supplier confirms holding the necessary usage rights to all uploaded or imported images. Images with visible contact details, logos, or watermarks are reviewed before publication and redacted or rejected as needed.
GetLeedz GmbH is not liable for the accuracy of imported product data, for deals being concluded, or for buyers' actions. For its own matchmaking activity, GetLeedz GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
