These terms apply to registered buyers (companies and private individuals) who submit inquiries to suppliers via gobosporus.com.
These terms apply to any use of the inquiry and contact functions of gobosporus.com by registered buyers. Submitting an inquiry (RFQ) constitutes acceptance of these terms.
GetLeedz GmbH operates gobosporus.com solely as a matchmaking platform. A contract for the requested goods is formed exclusively between buyer and supplier. GetLeedz GmbH does not become a party to that contract, does not receive buyer funds, and does not forward payments for goods.
Suppliers pay credits to unlock the contact details for an inquiry; the cost is derived from the estimated order value (a minimum of 1 credit, rounded up per full 100 euros) and is shown to the supplier before unlock. Using the platform is free for buyers. After unlock, further communication on the same inquiry is free for the supplier; a new, independent inquiry from the same buyer is billed again.
Deliberately exchanging contact details before unlock, for example to bypass automated masking, is prohibited. Violations may result in account suspension.
The respective supplier is the sole contracting party for the purchase of goods requested via the platform. Any statutory consumer right of withdrawal, where applicable, applies against the supplier, not against GetLeedz GmbH as intermediary.
GetLeedz GmbH is not liable for the performance, quality, legality, or delivery of goods brokered via the platform; responsibility for these lies solely with the respective supplier. For its own matchmaking activity, GetLeedz GmbH is liable only for intent and gross negligence.
