This notice explains how GetLeedz GmbH processes personal data on gobosporus.com under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revFADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Turkish suppliers are additionally subject to the Turkish data protection law (KVKK) for data originating in Turkey.

Account and contact data for buyers and suppliers (name, company, email, phone); the content of inquiries (RFQs) and chat messages; for suppliers, additional company and KYC details (commercial register extract, tax number, export proof) held in a separately protected table, apart from public profile data; payment data for credit purchases is processed exclusively by Stripe — GetLeedz GmbH never receives full card data; technical data (truncated IP address, timestamp, browser) for security and platform operation. The legal basis is performance of, or steps prior to, a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and the legitimate interest in operating the platform securely (lit. f).
Messages between buyer and supplier are automatically screened before delivery (pattern matching plus AI classification via the Anthropic API) for contact details such as phone numbers, email addresses, URLs, or IBANs. Detected details are masked until unlock as "●●● [contact details visible after unlock]". The unmasked original message is retained for audit and dispute purposes and is not subject to systematic human review except on a documented, logged basis for a specific cause.
